Why are some of the photocards free?

Just because! We love to design and give you the opportunity to try out a photocard invitation. The only difference between the paid and free photocards is that the paid ones don't show our web address or logo.

Will my cards come with envelopes?

No, currently no envelopes are provided with photocards.

Shipping and Sales

How does free shipping work?

It's simple. If you have placed an order that is $50 or more. We will pay the shipping costs for you. Free shipping offer is valid for all orders to any location!

How long does it take to get my photocard?

Photocard Proof:
You will receive a proof within 1-2 business days after we receive your order form and payment. You will be able to view your proofs in the visiting the "My Photocards" link under the "My Account" menu.

Revisions:
Each revision that you request will be done within 1-2 business days. All revisions will be viewable in the "My Photocards" members section.

Shipping:
Your order ships in 2-3 business days after you approve the proof.

All prints will be shipped from our Toronto location using Canada Post.
From experience, shipping to

  • Canadian cities usually takes about 4-5 business days
  • United States cities takes about 5-8 business days.
  • International cities about 7-10 business days.

 

What currency are the prices in?

All prices shown on BabyPhotobug.com is in US dollars.

    Photo and Design

    What are the sizes of the photocards?

    Currently we offer prints in 4x6 photo size.

    Can I request changes to the designs that are in the photocard store?

    Yes. If you want to change the colours, text or something specific. Let us know and we will try to accommodate you.

    Can I have my photos in black & white or sepia?

    Yes. We can change the colours of your photo any way you like. If you want it purple, we can do that too. :)

    Should I edit or crop my photos before sending it to you?

    No need to worry about that, we will make all the necessary edits to your photos to make sure they look perfect with the photocard. You can always provide us with specific requirements at anytime. For example, if you want us to remove an object or person from a photo.

    What resolution should my photos be?

    Your photos should be at least 300dpi - which is a high resolution image. Most images taken from a digital camera will come out fine. Scanned images, studio photos and online images are accepted provided you have permission to use the photo. If you submitted a low resolution photo, we'll let you know! Remember, a better photo makes a better photocard!

    What will they be printed on?

    All photocards will be printed on Kodak photo paper, glossy or matte. Unlike other businesses who use home grade printers, we use Professional Kodak printers like the ones you see in photography stores. This guarantees better quality, no ink bleed and make colors more vibrant!

    Is photo editing included?

    Yes. We will edit and enhance all the pictures submitted to us. This includes cropping, colour correction, blemish removal, softening of image, resizing etc.
